PDCBS is pleased to present outstanding church, chancel, altar and office furniture from a number of manufacturers across the United States. Our four major producers of sanctuary furniture include Church Furnishings Corporation of South Carolina, Woerner-Morgan Industries of New York, Hiwassee Furniture Manufacturing of Tennessee and Trinity Church Furniture of Texas. We have literally a plethora of smaller facilities which make specialty furniture items and upholstery, and we are dealers for America’s top office furniture brands, too numerous to name here.

Primary construction materials for sanctuary furniture range from Appalachian Red Oak to Midwestern Walnut to Northeastern Cherry, and these materials can be finished in a variety styles and stains. Hard white maple can be painted, sanded and rubbed to a glass smooth and hard surface, and combined with any of the previously mentioned wood species to create a lighter, custom or accented look. Additionally, clear acrylic chancel items have emerged as a contemporary alternative to the more traditional natural materials.

Upholstery is available on a wide range of foam thicknesses, in hundreds of fabric patterns and colors. While we can produce nearly any look at a client’s request, we strongly recommend time-tested materials and not-so-trendy appearances, since the items in a chancel and altar area long outlive trends and fashions. Most of the commercial grade fabrics in use are warranted from five to twenty years, and some for a lifetime.

PDCBS also offers a variety of choir, sanctuary and fellowship hall seating options, ranging from solid oak padded pews through flexible and movable seating options (with matching dollies) constructed of wood and steel frames, in more colors, styles, finishes, widths and heights and with more options than can be enumerated. Fixtures

PDCBS operates in tandem with a variety of craftsmen and companies that handle many specialty products related specifically to church construction, renovation and rejuvenation. These start on your front lawn with custom church signs and marquees, move inside to your sanctuary and classroom floor coverings, move up the walls to any stained glass production, renewal and repairs you may have need of, and progress on to the top of your roof with a new steeple or cupola design and installation and/or removal of an old one, if necessary.

We have a full line of fixed and retractable projection screens, as well as projectors ranging from the older manual-style overheads to the latest, high-lumen digital projectors from the worlds top producers. We can help you locate the best projector to meet your specific needs, based on desired projection size (as your wall or screen permits), distance to unit, and ambient light levels.
