We will be hosting our 2009 Christmas Open House on Saturday, November 28th from 9:30am to 6:00pm.  Refreshments will be available including our customer’s favorite, hot Wassail.  We will be featuring local artists Ya’Londa Freeman & Karen Creel and local author Mitzi Clary.  There will be several door prizes given away throughout the day including: Crabb Revival/Austin’s Bridge concert tickets, Gift Baskets, and Chick-fil-A food.  We are also expecting a visit by Cow from Chick-fil-A.

Many items in the store will be marked down for this special event; shop early as quantities are limited.

2009 Christmas Open House Schedule

10am – 12pm Ya’Londa Freeman performs

Coloring Contest

During the Christmas Open House we will have a coloring contest for the children. The artwork will be divided by age groups and gift baskets will be given to the winners. Please do not write your child's name on the artwork. Slips will be provided at the store to attach to the back of the coloring page to make the contest fair. Download and begin coloring now or the page is also available in the store.

The coloring contest is open to children ages 3 to 10.

Entries will be judged by a local artist and winners will be notified by phone on Monday, November 30th.

Karen Creel

Karen CreelOver the last few years, Christian recording artist Karen Creel has been sharing her music with hundreds of people throughout the Carolina's. Her songs often reflect her love for God and a heart of worship for Him. Karen's desire is to write songs that bring people hope and encouragement and draw them into an intimate relationship with the Heavenly Father.

Mitzi ClaryMitzi Clary

Mitzi, a mother of three, has recently taken time off from her eleven year career as an elementary school teacher to pursue her lifelong desire to serve God through writing children’s books. Beloved by many in the Florence area, Mitzi continues to impact many through her genuine love for the Lord and for others. Her book, “There’s a Monster in the Tub” encourages children to conquer their fears by trusting in the Lord.
