The PDCBS 2009 Choral Music Clinic is designed to best fit the needs of the normal, volunteer choir. This means there will be plenty of useable music, great clinicians, and an affordable price. And each church attending the clinic will receive a 20% discount on all choral print music until July 25, 2010.

This year's lineup of clinicians is the most exciting yet.

Brentwood/Benson

Two of our most popular clinicians from past years, Russell Mauldin and Johnathan Crumpton, will again introduce the Brentwood Benson line of choral music. These writers/arrangers have produced some of our best sellers over the years and are always a big hit at our clinics.

Word Music

Last year, John Jennings joined us for the first time, reading new general and Christmas choral releases from Word Music. He did a terrific session and will be back with us again. Featured will be the new easy Christmas musical, Glorious Impossible, created and arranged by Tom Fettke, as well as a healthy assortment of various and non-seasonal choral anthems.

Lillenas

Back by popular demand, Marty Parks will join us this year as he presents the new general and Christmas choral releases from Lillenas Publishing, which includes new works from Allegis as well. Marty, middle son of the late Joe E. Parks, is recognized as a leader in the choral music industry and caters to the small volunteer choir. Featured will be Christmas Mosaic, a new Easy 2 Excel Christmas musical by Marty. He will also be reading the new general collection, Everlasting Praise II, by Mike Speck, which has already been a popular seller this spring.

Worship Service Resources

Tony Pangle is the man behind the wonderful line-up of CDs from Worship Service Resources. These CDs provide accompaniment for churches without full time pianists and organists, or for when the musicians are unable to be at church. Tony will demonstrate and answer questions about these very useable products again this year.

Children's Breakout Session - especially for children's choir directors

This year, we will have a special Children's Breakout Session by Ann Miles. This session is open to all who lead or help with their church children's choir. It is limited to the first 50 applicants and will be held during the Word session after lunch. Please register for this session as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Director level registrants receive a complete set of the music which is reviewed at the Clinic; Associate level registrants do not.
Catered lunch is included for all registrants
Each church attending the clinic receives a 20% discount on all choral print music until July 25, 2010.
Demo book/CD packs on all musicals are available at the clinic, even those not presented during the Clinic.
Location is at Calvary Baptist Church in Florence, SC (915 Cherokee Rd). CBC is an "all one floor" facility with both sanctuary and family worship center easily accessible. Also, we have an arrangement with a local hotel for great rates. Call Lee about accomodation info if you need to come into Florence on Friday evening.
